This is a website hosted by Bang the Table, an online community engagement software. It is a platform designed to help the City of Woodland Park understand stakeholder needs, wants, and concerns.

We launched this site as an easy way to provide input on projects and initiatives. We noticed that a lot of our community members post questions and comments on the many community Facebook pages - which is great! However, we don't have the staff to comb through each and every page. Here, you can post your questions and comments knowing that a staff member will see it.

The City of Woodland Park will engage with the community on this platform to: gather input on a specific project, identify community goals and areas of concern, bring awareness to matters that impact the community, and inform City Council and staff decisions through community input. We will also use it for some fun activities intended to build a stronger, more connected community.

This website is intended to gain an understanding of our community needs. We can't do that without a teeny bit of information! We require you to register for a few reasons:

1. To make sure you are not a robot!
2. For information accuracy. Registration helps deter internet trolls and duplicate survey responses.
3. One of the reasons we launched this site is to reach a wide variety of our community. Registration helps us to see who is actually using this site!

We won't share your personal information with anyone. This is a secure site with very limited access.

All public comments within discussion forums, guest books and questions and answers are moderated 24 hours a day seven days a week, for inappropriate language, comments that disrespect other participants and for comments that are off topic. Spanish moderation is currently provided 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

All moderation is carried out by Bang the Table and all moderation is independent to the City of Woodland Park. The moderators do not edit or alter any comments and will only remove comments deemed to be significantly off topic, offensive or malicious, in which case they are removed from the site immediately and the person who posted the comment is advised by email.
