Project Update #18

At the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on September 21, 2023, was the consideration of Ordinance No. 1460, Series 2023, an Ordinance on initial posting of the City Council for the City of Woodland Park. Ordinance 1460 was a consideration to extend the temporary Moratorium on submitting, accepting, processing, and approving applications for Short Term Rental Licenses, and set the public hearing for October 5, 2023. City Attorney Geoff Wilson stated that extending this Moratorium through April 1, 2024, allows for preparation and planning during the interim period leading up to and following the Special Election.

Ordinance 1460 passed on initial posting by unanimous vote, setting the public hearing for October 5, 2023.
