Base Camp!

The Chamber of Commerce a few years ago had a phrase they used about WP and it was "Base Camp". That resonated with me and it's one of the aspects of WP that I just love. The concept is that it's a great place to live because of all of the amenities and activities so close by: small town close to a larger city close to an even larger city; literally millions of acres of hiking/biking/ATV-ing within minutes of my home or office; gold medal fishing and world class skiing within 1/2-2 hours away; small businesses that aim to please; amenities that make living or visiting here a pleasure such as the Aquatic Center, Rampart Library, Memorial Park, neighborhood parks, festivals, the Cultural Center and great schools. All of this makes up "what I love most about Woodland Park" and why my real estate clients love it, too!
