Resident Survey

In order to better understand the community needs for access to broadband services, and the community’s potential desire for different types of services, we are collecting information that will be reported as part of this study. This survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. First, to help the City of Woodland Park better understand these responses, we would like to ask for some demographic information. Your information will not be provided to anyone without your permission and will be compiled as a report to City Council without any personally identifiable information.
