Project Update #20 - City of Woodland Park Special Election Results

The (unofficial) City of Woodland Park Special Election results are in! Thank you to our City Council, election volunteers, City staff, Greater Woodland Park Chamber of Commerce, Preserving Neighborhood Character in Woodland Park, Protect Woodland Park Property Rights, and all the many passionately vested community members. The 2023 Special Election was an Election by the people, for the People. Your voice on regulating short-term rentals in our community was heard through your vote.

At the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on September 21, 2023, Ordinance No. 1460, Series 2023, an Ordinance on initial posting of the City Council for the City of Woodland Park, was considered to extend the temporary Moratorium on submitting, accepting, processing, and approving applications for short-term rental licenses, and passed on initial posting by unanimous vote. The passing of Ordinance 1460 series 2023 extends the Moratorium through April 1, 2024.
