Project Update #17 7/6/23

At the July 6, 2023, regularly scheduled City Council meeting, Council had the first reading of the new STR Ordinance 1455. Ordinance 1455 is an Ordinance of the City Council for the City of Woodland Park, Colorado amending titles 5 and 18 of the Woodland Park Municipal Code, concerning business regulations and zoning, to license and regulate short-term rentals.

A public hearing has been set for October 5, 2023, at 6:30 PM in City Council Chambers.
