Project Update #21

Recap of City Council Work Session held on January 4, 2024:

City Manager Aaron Vassalotti reviewed with Council that Legacy Exemptions are currently in place for short-term rentals through December 31, 2024. The Moratorium is also in place through April 1, 2024, which prohibits any new business licenses from being issued for short-term rentals.

After discussion, the Mayor and Council decided to schedule another Work Session to discuss amending Title 5, developing Good Neighbor Guidelines, and issuing new business licenses for Short-Term Rentals in the future. Date is TBD
