Parks, Recreation, Trails and Open Space Plan
The Parks and Recreation Department for the City of Woodland Park is embarking on a long-range planning process to create a bold vision for the future of the City’s parks, recreation, trails, and open space system! The Department is working with a planning firm, Logan Simpson, to engage the community; evaluate existing conditions, challenges, and future opportunities; identify alternatives and solutions to current challenges; and ultimately, present a compelling vision and implementation plan for the future. Once complete, the plan will chart a course for the next 5 to 10 years of Woodland Park’s investment as well as recreational programming for parks, trails, and open space.
Join us on Wednesday, March 22nd, at the Ute Pass Cultural Center from 5:30 - 7pm for a drop-in open house or take the online questionnaire by clicking HERE. The questionnaire takes approximately 15 minutes. Once complete, you can enter to win a family day pass to the Woodland Aquatic Center!
