The City of Woodland Park is conducting a Housing Needs Assessment. AHousing Needs Assessmentis a process used to collect professional quantitative and qualitative data that Counciland staff can use to make informed decisions around housing.
This Housing Needs Assessment will balance quantitative analysis, qualitative research, and in-depth community engagement. One community engagement opportunity that we need your help with is the community houing survey. The survey was developed by the consultant and takes less than 10 minutes to complete. It was designed to gather input from the community about current housing needs, barriers to obtaining housing, favor in types of homes, etc. Input gathered from the survey and other community engagement opportunities, will be included in the final Housing Needs Assessment, and will inform the recommendations and strategies from the consultant. This survey will help local leaders and housing providers better understand the community's needs and biggest gaps related to housing. This survey is facilitated by Points Consulting.
